- For what children’s age group is this program? The information and strategies can be used across all the different age groups but the focus of the program is for parents of elementary and middle school children. Children in high school may have additional concerns that are not specifically addressed in this program.
- Is the course only for children with ADHD? No. It is a parental skills training course but it emphasizes upon the challenges associated with ADHD.
- Is it psychotherapy or counseling? No. It is an educational parental skills training program. As a mental health professional, Martha may discuss the various aspects associated with emotional well-being. The program is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
- Do I have to join the Private Facebook Group? You do not have to join the private Facebook Group but we highly encourage it. It provides support, helps answer many questions and allows you to connect with other families that are the same journey.
- What if I miss a “live office hours” call? All the “office hour” calls are recorded. You can send in a question in advance and listen in the archived recordings.
- Is there a money back guarantee? Yes. There is a 30- day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied and do not believe that you have gained any value from this program then simply contact us and let us know why it didn’t work and you will be eligible for a full refund.
- How much time do I need to commit to this program? The actual videos in each module should not take more than a little bit over an hour to listen or watch, but the implementation and worksheets are individualized. It is suggested that you spend at least 1 week per module to develop and implement the new strategies but always go at your own pace.
- Are you going to provide a behavior plan? Strategies on how to develop an individualized behavior plan will be discussed. Keep in mind that each child and family’s needs vary considerably. As a parent, you are the best person to design a behavior intervention plan that is customized for your child.
- Will you help me create an Individualized Education Program (IEP)? No. This is a very individualized component.
- Do I get access to the entire program at once? Yes. Once, you register, you receive the entire 8 module program on demand. You will also have lifetime access to all the updates to the program.

- Do you offer counseling or therapy? Martha may offer counseling services within the State of Florida.
- How does VIP access work? VIP Access is your one-to-one time with Martha via telephone or Skype, where you could obtain any guidance that you might need, or clear up any questions that you may have as it pertains to your child and family’s needs. VIP opportunities are released on a limited basis.
- Is there a payment plan? No. We do accept all major credit cards.
- Will I get one on one guidance or feedback from you? ADHD-SOS is a digital, on demand, independent study educational program. While Martha is active in the comments of the private FB community and in the live “Office Hours”, we cannot guarantee personal feedback from Martha unless you join the VIP Access.
- Can I share this program with other family members? ADHD-SOS is an individual purchase program. Upon registration you will create a member profile with a username and password. We ask that you do not share access to it with anyone. This helps protect all the members of our private community.
